  • Inflammation and strain
  • Limited range of motion in your lower back, hips, feet, and knees

Additional benefits include:

Easy to use: simply lean or lay on the ball and use your own body weight and gravity to relieve tension.

Fast recovery: increase circulation to tight areas by using the ball for two minutes a day.

Travel ready: diameter of 4 inches and weighs 1 oz. The ball is perfect for the gym, hotel, home, or office. Get fast and effective myofascial release when on the go.

A perfect compliment to hip flexor

I've had such tight hips and lower back. I bought the hip hook and then bought this..it's so nice. It's really nice compliment to the hip hook and I used them one after the other. It's especially nice to use on your backside to dig into those glute muscles.

This Ball is amazing!

This ball is not like other balls I have tried. I tried different sizes to hit the tight muscles in my lower back, hips and legs and this ball is the right size!! It's really perfect. I am slowly using the hip hook, getting relief as soon as I stand up. I am so happy I found these products!!

Pain-free running again!

I use the hip flexor release ball before every run and it has been able to get into my hip flexors like nothing else that I have ever used before and I have tried just about any ball or roller on the market.

Orbit broke after 3 months

Was great while it lasted, came apart at the seam 3 months into use, used it probably 10 times. I am not a heave person, 205lbs. Quality is suspect and there is no easy way to contact them for support

Hurts SO GOOD

The orbit has been a lifesaver when it comes to my low back pain. It truly is the perfect size and density to reach deep muscles and nerves that I’ve never been able to release before. While it only provides temporary relief, the relief that it does provide is amazing. Highly recommend to anyone with low back pain- specifically SI joint pain, sciatica/piriformis syndrome, and lower back pain/tightness
